The Top Rated Web-Wide Contest

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY APPLICABLE FEDERAL, PROVINCIAL OR STATE LAWS AND REGULATIONS. OPEN TO PERMANENT LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE UNITED STATES AND CANADA WHO ARE AT LEAST 21 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER. 

Participation constitutes entrant’s full and conditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules. The Top Rated Web-Wide VIP Raffle commences on 12:00:01 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on December 1, 2011 and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET every 30 days (the “Raffle”). All Entries (as defined below) must be received by 11:59:59 PM ET for the month of the raffle posted. Entries received after the expiration of the Sweepstake Period will not be accepted.
Each contest must receive a minimum of 100 entries or else no winner will be awarded for that contest. If less than 100 entries are received for a contest, then Taleee, at its sole discretion, may, but is not obligated to, select a winner, or continue to run the contest until at least 100 entrants are reached.
ELIGIBILITY: 
Open only those who are at least 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees and their immediate families (i.e., parents, spouse, children, siblings, grandparents, step parents, step children and step siblings and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside), and each of their respective parents, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies and third party fulfillment or judging agencies are not eligible to enter the Raffle.

HOW TO ENTER:
Go to taleee.com/contest during the Raffle Period to register for the Raffle by completing the email form. Limit one (1) Entry per person (“Promotion Entrant”), during the Promotion Period. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any person or e-mail address that submits more than one Entry per Promotion Period. Any Promotion Entrant who attempts to participate with multiple e-mail and/or street addresses, under multiple identities or uses any device or artifice to enter the Promotion in violation of these Official Rules may be disqualified by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

DRAWING: 
The potential winners will be selected in a random drawing from all valid entries received during the Raffle Period and will be notified via email within thirty (30) days of the drawing date via email. The drawing process will utilize a random number generator to select each prize winner from a list of all entries. If for any reason the potential Prize Winners cannot be reached after reasonable attempt has been made, in the sole discretion of Taleee, the prizes will be awarded to an alternate winner selected by random drawing among remaining eligible entries. The number of eligible entries received during the Raffle will determine the odds of winning the prizes. 

GENERAL: 
Raffle entrants agree to these Official Rules and to all decisions of Taleee (a subsidiary of Reality Adz LLC), which are final and legally binding in all respects, and further agree that the Prizes are awarded upon the condition that the Raffle entities and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, officers, directors, partners, principals, partnerships, employees or agents shall have no liability whatsoever and shall be held harmless for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind to persons or property, including death, sustained, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, in connection with or resulting from acceptance, possession or use/misuse of the Prizes or the participation in the Raffle. 

Any entrant who attempts to participate with multiple e-mail and/or street addresses, under multiple identities or uses any device or artifice to enter the Raffle in violation of these Official Rules may be disqualified by Taleee in its sole discretion. Any use of robotic, repetitive, automatic, programmed or similar entry methods or agents will void all entries made by, or associated with, the applicable entrant. In the event of a dispute over who submitted an entry, the authorized subscriber of the e-mail account provided in connection with the entry, as of the actual time of entry, will be deemed to be the entrant. The “authorized account subscriber” is defined as the natural person who is assigned an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization (e.g. business, education, institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. A selected or potential winning “authorized account subscriber” may be required to provide Taleee with proof that he/she is the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the applicable entry. Taleee is not responsible for: lost, late, incomplete, illegible, incorrect, delayed, garbled, undelivered, or misdirected, entries. Taleee will not confirm receipt of entries. 

By accepting the Prizes, winners agree that Taleee may use each Winner's name, likeness or photograph, without limitation, for promotional purposes without further consideration or payment, where permitted by law. The Prizes are not transferable. No cash or other substitutions allowed except at Taleee’s sole discretion or as otherwise provided herein. Taleee reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if any of the advertised Prizes become unavailable. Selected potential winners must also agree to promote the fact they won on their social media to friends, family and others as specified by Taleee. Based solely at the discretion of Taleee, if a potential winner chooses not to promote their win on social media then they may be deemed ineligble for the prize. 

Taleee’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. Should any provision of these Official Rules be deemed unenforceable or invalid, the other provisions of these Official Rules shall remain in full force and effect. In the event that the Raffle are challenged by any legal or regulatory authority (including but not limited to any federal or provincial or state governmental authority), Taleee’s reserves the right to discontinue or modify the Raffle, as applicable, or to disqualify any Raffle entrants residing in any affected geographic areas, as applicable.

Request for Name of Prize Winners and Official Rules: For the name of the Prize Winners and/or Official Rules send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: Marketing Department, Taleee, 25405 (suite a) Hidden Mesa Road, Monterey CA 93940. Winners list will be sent out by June 30, 2012.
